For most projects, we provide pricing after an on-site visit. Every home is different, and we want to see the condition, access, materials needed, and scope so the quote is accurate. If you share photos and a description, we can often give a rough range to start—then confirm after we look in person.

“Minor” typically means small repairs or swaps that don’t require major reworking of systems. Examples include replacing a faucet or toilet parts, fixing a small leak, swapping light fixtures, replacing switches/outlets, or basic troubleshooting. If the issue is larger, requires permits, or needs a licensed specialist beyond our scope, we’ll let you know and help coordinate the right pro.

Either works. We can supply materials for convenience and ensure everything matches the job, or you can provide them if you already have something picked out. We’ll confirm what’s needed ahead of time so there are no surprises.
